If you aren't tethered to a mortgage, or crazy metropolitan-area rent, you can just live on the road— THE ULTIMATE AMERICAN DREAM.
FAQS
Can I rent it instead?
I'd love to rent it out-You could rent it out after you buy it (see last question on this FAQ).
Where is it located?
In South Austin, TX. It is parked at a secluded mobile home/RV park until February 15th, or until someone buys it. If you are approved to park this at the mobile home park, you would pay approximately $600 for rent of the lot (not including electricity, cable, etc).
How much is it?
. Check out the Specs page to see what's included in the price.
How do I tow it?
You will need a 3/4 to 1 ton truck that can pull it to your destination. The height is taller than most tiny houses/RVs so make sure you hire an insured and/or experienced truck driver.
What does it come with?
Everything you see listed on the website, under Specs. Towing is not included in the price.
Can I tour with it?
I was told by previous owner that tiny houses are a special niche, they are not really designed to be moved often like RVs and camper vans. This one can be moved across the US, but will need to be careful and drive slow. It is recommended that you park it in a semi-permanent place.
Can I use it as an AirBnB? Convert it to a Retreat Center? Special lodging?
Yes, people love staying at Tiny Houses. I've stayed at several when I travel- but if you rent it out as a business, check in with the city and it's legal guidelines for AirBnbs & VRBOS. Generally, if you own the property and the house- you should be able to.
